All submissions go to our coach assignment committee for review. Once teams are set, the final coaching lineup will be announced. No coaching experience? No problem—OEMHA’s got your back until the right coach is found. Thanks for stepping up to lead! This association is powered by YOU. Bench staff, team managers, and event helpers—our secret sauce is your energy and spirit! If you’ve ever wanted to be part of the action, now’s your moment. Getting started is a breeze,since  HEO has launched a new, Streamlined process to help get the necessary security clearance Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) process

Some positions need a quick police record check, which you can do online faster than a Zamboni can clean the ice. Find all the details on our volunteer page  and join our winning team! Know a kiddo aged 6–10 who’s never played hockey but always wanted to try? The NHL/NHLPA First Shift Program is your ticket to hockey happiness!

This six-week adventure is geared for pure fun, learning the basics, and includes ALL equipment—no stress, just smiles! Registration is only $299. We’re focusing on female hockey heroes too, with awesome coaches ready to cheer everyone on. Registration is open and spots go faster than a slapshot, so start by creating an HCR ( Hockey Canada Record) account in advance!
